When our botanist Chris foraged through the garden with our medicinal herbalist Claire, it was the tall Eucalyptus trees with their strong smelling aromatics that most captured their attention.
Eucalyptus was praised by the Aborigines for its ability to alleviate respiratory illnesses, for its antiseptic properties and for its ability to soothe the soul.
Recognising the wisdom of the Ancient Aborigines, we wondered in what creative way we could bring the magic of Eucalyptus into the world.
It wasn’t long until our Chef had handpicked the leaves and began extracting the flavours. Soon we had concocted the first bottle of Eucalyptus Cordial and our early tasters loved it.
Located on the southern coast of the Isle of Wight, our Eucalyptus groves love the hotter temperatures that the unique microclimate provides.
We use real Eucalyptus leaves grown in the UK and are committed to using only natural ingredients in our products.
